- Any proof, preview, or mockup provided
Approval of a quote, invoice, artwork proof, mockup, or production details confirms that the customer accepts those details for production.
Unbound Ink is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect artwork, incorrect sizing, incorrect garment selection, incorrect quantities, or incorrect shipping information.
Mockups, Proofs, and Digital Previews
Any mockup, proof, digital preview, or visual representation provided by Unbound Ink is intended as a production reference only.
Final apparel may vary slightly from digital previews due to fabric texture, garment shape, garment size, print method, artwork resolution, color settings, lighting, monitor display differences, and production conditions.
Mockups and proofs should not be interpreted as exact guarantees of final color, scale, placement, texture, or appearance.
Production Timeline
Production timelines begin only after all required artwork, order details, payment, and approvals have been received and confirmed by Unbound Ink.
Estimated production timelines are provided as general guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delays may occur due to artwork issues, missing information, supplier availability, garment stock changes, customer response time, order complexity, equipment issues, weather, holidays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers with event-specific deadlines should communicate those deadlines before placing an order. Unbound Ink does not guarantee completion or delivery by a specific event date unless confirmed in writing.
Artwork Ownership and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right, license, permission, or authorization to use any artwork, logo, design, image, photograph, phrase, brand name, trademark, copyrighted material, likeness, or other content submitted to Unbound Ink.
By submitting artwork or design materials, you represent and confirm that:
- You own the submitted content or have permission to use it.
- The content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
- The content does not contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, misleading, or infringing material.
- You authorize Unbound Ink to use the submitted content solely to review, prepare, produce, fulfill, and communicate about your order.
Unbound Ink does not verify ownership, licensing rights, copyright status, trademark clearance, or commercial-use permission for customer-submitted artwork.
AI-Generated or Digitally Created Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated, digitally created, template-based, marketplace-purchased, or third-party-assisted artwork submitted to Unbound Ink may lawfully be used for custom apparel production.
Unbound Ink does not verify whether AI-generated artwork, Canva designs, Etsy files, stock graphics, purchased templates, or third-party design files include commercial-use rights.
If there is uncertainty about artwork ownership or usage rights, the customer should confirm rights with the original creator, platform, marketplace, or a qualified legal professional before submitting the artwork for production.
Customer Indemnification for Submitted Content
By submitting artwork, logos, names, phrases, photographs, designs, or other materials, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unbound Ink from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from the customer’s submitted content.
This includes claims involving:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Brand impersonation
- Right of publicity
- Privacy rights
- Unauthorized use of names, images, or likenesses
- Unlicensed artwork
- Misleading or unlawful content
- Any other intellectual property or legal dispute connected to customer-submitted materials
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Unbound Ink reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any quote request, artwork submission, customer communication, or order at our discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to, requests involving:
- Suspected intellectual property infringement
- Unlicensed logos, characters, artwork, or brand assets
- Hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing content
- Explicit or obscene material
- Illegal or misleading content
- Abusive customer behavior
- Production limitations
- Unclear or incomplete order details
- Requests that conflict with our business standards, brand values, or operating policies
If an order is refused or canceled before production begins, any refund eligibility will be handled according to our Return Policy and applicable law.
Intellectual Property of Unbound Ink

All prices, quotes, service offerings, garment options, production timelines, and availability are subject to change.
A quote does not become final until confirmed by Unbound Ink and accepted by the customer. Quotes may be revised if any order details change, including:
- Artwork specifications
- Garment selection
- Garment availability
- Quantity
- Print size
- Print placement
- Production complexity
- Shipping details
- Rush requirements
- Customer-requested changes
Unbound Ink may correct pricing errors, product listing errors, or quote errors at any time before final order acceptance.
Product Images, Colors, and Variations
We make reasonable efforts to display garment colors, design examples, and product details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric composition, garment dye lots, and supplier variations.
Unbound Ink does not guarantee exact color matching unless a specific written agreement has been made before production.
Variations between digital artwork, mockups, garment samples, supplier images, and finished apparel should be expected.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on production schedule, carrier performance, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, Unbound Ink is not responsible for carrier delays, misrouting, lost packages, theft after delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided shipping information, except as required by law or expressly stated in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.
